With ever increasing costs many users are looking at repair and refurbishment as a more cost effective
solution to plant maintenance.
Adanac have close association with a number of major valve equipment manufacturer's and are authorised
to carry out repairs to their products. We also have direct access to manufacturers for spare parts.
Where original parts are not available our fully equipped machine shop, together with welding and fabrication facilities, can often
produce any parts required.
Adanac have invested in valve seat grinding and lapping equipment allowing our experienced valve technicians
to repair or refurbish most valves and valve related equipment on very short lead-times.
We have a flexible approach to refurbishment.
Collect and Return - For some clients we offer a collect and return scheme whereby items for repair are removed
and reinstalled by their own maintenance staff, we then collect the items, carry out repairs at our workshop facility before returning
them fully refurbished, tested and certified.
Full Maintenance - Other clients prefer Adanac to handle the entire repair process.
Having completed a comprehensive survey our engineers attend the client's site, remove items for repair, either repair on site or
return the items to our facility for repair before reinstalling the fully refurbished, tested and certified equipment in the client's
plant.
Regardless of the type of service, refurbished valves can generally be returned to the 'as new' condition, including reinstating
any external finish.
